Do not use the HTC Cautery Pen as a knife; it not only cuts but also uses heat.
PRECAUTION:
Do not use before the tip is bright red as the tip may bend or break.
Do not force the protection cap on as this may damage the tip.
Carefully bend the tip while cold to obtain a right angle.
PRODUCT SERVICE LIFE:
The HTC Cautery Pen works until the batteries run out; 1 hour of continuous use uses less battery power than non-continuous use.
The batteries cannot be changed. However, with this type of material, instruments do not have a very long service life since it is the sealed circuit that allows the device to work without defects.
CLEANING:
Tip sterilisation is guaranteed at the right temperature (1200ºC).
Protection can be used to isolate dirt or the tip can be cleaned with disinfectant wipes. The tip must be cleaned when it is cold, using a damp cloth.
