Where can I receive my dental material order?
We only deliver in Europe. If you need more information, please contact us at info@dontalia.com. The order can be sent to the desired address, either to the actual dental practice or to another address.
What are the delivery times?
Depending on the country of delivery, your shipment can take from 3 up to 7 days to be delivered.
All orders placed before 16:00 will be prepared for shipment with standard road shipment service on the
same day.
In case of express air shipments, the order must be placed before 13:00 (CET) so we can prepare it for
shipment on the same day.
If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to the warehouse, we reserve the right to cancel the order
and refund the amount paid.

What are the shipping costs?
The Standard Shipping Option is free for orders from 130 € (excluding VAT). For orders below 130 € (excluding VAT) the standard shipping costs are €10 + VAT.
The shipping costs for our Air Delivery Option are calculated based on the destination of the order and the weight of the package.

Bulk Purchases
Dontalia reserves the right to add a shipping charge in the case of bulk purchases of certain
high-volume or heavy products. Any additional charge for these bulk orders will be communicated to
the customer before shipping.
