30 days return guaranteeMade from polycarbonate. Sterilisable. Autoclavable, polycarbonate trays for impression taking in edentulous or partially edentulous mouths. System specifically designed for high-precision impression taking for removable prostheses. These anatomical trays are fitted with ridges behind the upper and lower molars which exert the correct pressure on the gums; a vitally important factor a perfect fit of the dentures. Technical features: Reusable polycarbonate material that can be sterilised in a steam autoclave at 140°C. No adhesives required due to presence of three mechanical retention features on tray surface: - Dotted surface - Stabilising ridges - Perforations Each piece is hand finished and individually checked. Advantages: The anatomical shape of the dental arch combined with the retromolar ridges ensures a technically perfect impression from the 13 different jaw sizes. Furthermore the upper arch trays reproduce natural irregularities, sliding delicately around the spaces behind the gums without irritating the palate. Superform can produce the accuracy of an anatomical impression holder without the added cost of an individual tray. Polycarbonate makes the trays light and easy to manage, but also highly resistant to breakage and deformation. A caliper is provided for correctly measuring the space between the corners of the patient’s mouth or, in the case of partially edentulous patients, between the corners and any existing denture. The Superform Tray System kit contains 24 pieces that have been statistically selected to cover the widest possible range of patient dental configurations. Colour-coded for rapid selection of desired shape.
